  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Promotional free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Tracking details will be provided

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates


5. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control

  • Refused international shipments may be subject to return fees


6. Shipping Delays

Skyvio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We are also not liable for carrier delays once the package has been handed over.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

  • Check with neighbors and local delivery offices

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Skyvio LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of packaging and damaged item

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claims.


10. Backorders & Special Orders

Some items may require additional processing time.

If your order includes backordered items:

  • You will be notified

  • Shipping timelines may be extended

Custom or special-order items may have longer fulfillment times.
