Refund & Return Policy

At Skyvio LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of automotive performance parts, the following return guidelines apply.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is uninstalled

  • The item is in original packaging

  • All hardware, accessories, and documentation are included

  • The item is in resellable condition

Products that show signs of installation, wear, modification, or damage will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or used performance parts

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Electrical components once opened

  • Items damaged due to improper installation


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at admin@skyvio.us

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Skyvio LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to eligible returns.

This covers inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return is denied, the item will be shipped back at your expense.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of packaging and product

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once processing begins.


9. Installation Responsibility

Skyvio LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.

We strongly recommend professional installation for all performance parts.
